My Philosophy  

I believe every child is unique and deserves to be respected as an individual with their own strengths, interests, and pace of learning. My teaching philosophy blends Reggio-inspired principles, giving children the freedom to explore, discover, and learn through meaningful, real life experiences. I strive to create an environment where children feel safe to be their authentic selves while learning the importance of respect for themselves, others, and the world around them. Through hands-on learning, opportunities for independence, and creative self expression, children are encouraged to explore their ideas and interests with confidence. Rather than directing every step, I focus on guiding children as they learn to solve problems, think critically, and develop independence. My goal is to nurture curiosity, confidence, and a lifelong love of learning in every child who attends Growing Tree.
